March 16th - Upper Body with emphasis on cervical alignment, optimal shoulder mobility and stability, the role of the thoracic spine, scapulae & rotator cuff in gathering strength behind the heart.

March 23rd - Lower Body sequence will feature the roots—stance and mula bandha; as well as ankle mobility & stability, hip strength, and proprioceptive enrichment of integration from foot through core to crown.

March 30th - Spine Love “you are only as young & as healthy as your spine is strong & supple” yogis say. Nourishing with attention & intention, we will mobilize, elongate, align and stabilize spine with series of specific asanas & breathing techniques. Learn simple techniques for daily spine care.

Meet Your Teacher

Svetlana Sidilkovskaia 

Svetlana is a doctor of Physical Therapy, Yoga Therapist and Strength and Alignment Coach. She believes spinal health is key to optimal function and longevity. Our musculoskeletal system functions from the root structure of the spine. It is a well-aligned spine and awakened core that allows for congruent joint movement, maximum strength in movement and unrestricted prana flow.

Combining her experience and knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation, sports performance and yoga therapy, Svetlana invites you to heal your habits of compression and misalignment and learn to nourish your spine for the rest of your life. Svetlana loves to balance the ancient wisdom of the east with the practical science of how the body works.

Wisdom Flow Yoga was founded in 2007 by Jennifer Lynn. With an engineering background, Jennifer appreciated the inner engineering outlined in Patanjali's Yoga Sutras. The Wisdom Flow style blends precise physical and mental alignment with free and joyful flow of spirit through the asanas. Structure must align with the divine laws of nature in order to be strong and sustainable, yet too much dogma can pinch off the organic flow of joyful growth. Wisdom Flow Yoga embodies a balance of precise alignments and core-centered movement with a playful dynamic flow that keeps the pathways clean, clear and strong, and the song of the heart coming through. Our classes and trainings offer a set of elegant alignment principles based on the sacred geometry of the human body. We learn to balance these principles in all poses. We learn to ride the flow of breath as the vehicle of awareness to keep us revealing and sharing deeper layers of our true nature.
