After the kids are in school, come and take care of YOU! Join Jennifer for this frisky music-driven class. Rhythm Fit starts with cardio movement set to upbeat popular music. Weights and loop bands are used to build muscle as the heart is strengthened. Floor work tones glutes, hamstrings, inner thighs and abs. After 35 minutes of sweaty squeezy movement, we move into deep stretches and soothing spinal twists. Class closes with silent meditation to clear the mind and set intentions for the day.
