Layla Verbance is Maui Birthworker, Reiki Master, and Mother of 3 who teaches dynamic tools for navigating through the metamorphosis of pregnancy. Celine Rapp is a Mother of two daughters and Yoga instructor who helps Mamas navigate through the abyss of emotions during pregnancy while preparing them fiercely for birth and the next chapters of their life. 5-Week PreNatal Course – Mondays at Noon – October 1 – 29
Step into a Circle of Empowerment Support and Wisdom. Each week focuses on a layer of our being-ness. From the Physical Body to the center of the Sacred Heart. Each week focuses on the Physical Body through Mindful Movement, Yoga Asana, Pelvic Floor Strengthening, Organic Dance and Stretching. Our second week focuses on the Energy Body through Pranayama, deep breath work, to release tension and holding patterns and raise our vibration.
Week three focuses on the Energy Body through chanting, text study (stories of ancestor mothers), story telling, recognizing and shifting negative belief systems into trust and hope. Our forth week focuses on the Wisdom Body through Meditation and deep inner listening we learn to trust our inner guidance and become our own visionaries. Week five we focus on the Bliss Body, the sacred heart. Through Rituals, Prayers, and Mantras we reclaim the Sacred Joy of Bringing new life to the world.
