Dancing Kids are Happy Kids
When children move their bodies regularly, they learn that life is joyful AND they “get their wiggles out” and can focus more easily and listen more carefully. A Little Aloha is a one-of-a-kind dance experience for keiki 3 to 6 years of age. Our program has been growing for 2 years and we are now ready to add a second weekly class! Starting April 2018 we will offer two classes: Tuesdays and Wednesdays 3:15-4PM.
What makes A Little Aloha so unique and exciting for students is the combination of hula basics and creative dance. Students move from singing songs from the Disney movie Moana while executing hula fundamentals to 5rhythms creative dance, freestyle hula to drums beats, a choreographed dance, and finishing with a fun sitting hula. In our hula circle where we talk story about living “Aloha”. It’s an exciting 45 minute movement journey, so much so that our Wednesday class has filled to capacity! We are now accepting enrollment for our second class Tuesdays at 3:15-4PM. Enroll soon to ensure a space for your Keiki. Preregistration is required. Space is limited to 15 dancers.
