Relax into this slow-paced inward-focused class of hip opener poses. These sequences are designed to unravel holding patterns in the muscles around the pelvic girdle so the hips and spine to can easily realign more optimally. Deep breathing encouraged throughout the class.

Led by P.T. and renowned Personal Trainer Svetlana Sidilkovskaia, this class uses TRX, kettle bells, gravity, your body and mind to build muscle while keeping joints aligned. Muscle is an enormous metabolic organ. Let’s use it, not lose it! Old fashioned, potent fundamentals: push, pull, lunge, squat, hinge, core strength performed for quality to maximize muscle growth and minimize injury.

Dancing Medicine, an Open Floor Movement practice, offers a vibrant and sacred space for moving and dancing. Class begins with an offering of intention or theme that invites deeper exploration, interaction and discovery. An original soundscape enhances the “medicine”, inviting you to dance your authentic dance, as you quench your thirst for solitude, connection, belonging and Spirit. There is time to sit together in deep stillness at the close of class.
Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, deep and calming practice. Poses focus on rejuvenating connective tissue (fascia, tendons and ligaments) to enhance your range of motion and flow of energy. Poses are held longer to safely stress the connective tissues. Yin Yoga calms and balances body and mind, increases mobility and flexibility, lowers stress levels and promotes relaxation. Each class ends with a 10-minute crystal bowl sound bath. Yin Yoga is a great complement to yang activities and will vastly improve your ability to sit for meditation.

Improve strength, flexibility and overall physical fitness. Build a strong and balanced body, as well as enhance body awareness and proprioception. The accessible nature of this class uses props, modifications, and can be practiced by individuals of all ages, body types,and fitness levels. Intuitive Vinyasa is one of Wisdom Flow Yoga’s signature styles. In these classes students are encouraged to follow their intuitive guidance to make choices to deepen or soften each asana. Students are encouraged to personally design the transitions between poses to be challenging or gentle depending on what serves their highest. The balance of individual choices within a shared experience is the essence of this style. Intuitive Vinyasa embodies a celebration of diversity within a unified community. Often students are encouraged to move with eyes closed so they are less likely to compare their choices with others and more likely to align with their inner guidance. Enjoy clear instruction through asana sequences while freely choosing your own variations along the way. This practice strengthens our ability live life more authentically with wild originality.
Iyengar Yoga PM
This gentle and restorative class is focused on building strength and flexibility in all the right places for those bodies experiencing the effects of age and gravity. It is also appropriate for students of any age who need a slower-paced class and those recovering from pregnancy, travel, injury, or illness. Use of alignment, props, modifications and timings create space and allow the body to unwind and generate its inherent healing intelligence. Conclude with guided breath work (pranayama) to explore and master subtle body energies. Set the tone for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Wisdom Flow Deep Stretch begins with dynamic movements to warm the body and steady the mind. Once warm, we move into deep hip openers, heart openers, and spinal twists. Long holds with deep slow breath allows the nervous system to be soothed and connective tissues time to unravel chronic holding. Wisdom from teachers like Patanjali, Lao Tzu, Sadhguru, and Don Miguel Ruiz are woven into the experience. With body and mind open, the wisdom settles deep into our bones and flows into our lives.

This class is a beautiful blend of Polynesian dance and urban movement, low impact, beginner friendly, compiled with easy sequences that not only create a feeling of ALOHA, but also generate a wonderful detox. I have created a dreamy musical backdrop of contemporary Hawaiian, reggae, and the fiery drumbeats of Tahiti. You may wear anything you feel good dancing in – sarong, dance wear, shorts, barefoot, or tennis shoes. Bring water, your amazing smile.
