Our morning Vinyasa classes, taught by Jennifer Lynn, are a fusion of Anusara alignments, the core strength of martial arts, and intentional transitions that create a mood of moving meditation in the class. Each practice begins with centering and intention-setting followed by a slow build with deep breath awareness. Sequences offer advanced variations and lead to an apex pose such as Handstand, Wheel, Bird of Paradise, etc. These classes are not recommended for beginners or those nursing serious injuries.
This Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga rich with alignment cues, breathing practices and deep core awareness. Classes build stamina and joint stability while opening large muscles for fluidity. Balance Poses and Inversions build confidence, agility and proprioception (inner navigation). Extension-rich back bends free inter-vertebral discs and crack the crust around our hearts!
