This upbeat, 45 minute, midday class will have you flowing with your breath and leave you feeling energized and empowered to tackle the rest of your day. A combination of dynamic yoga sequences and cardio-rich strength-training movements, this class gets your heart-rate up, builds lean strength, and clears your mind! All levels welcome.
Florabeth Coble began experiencing back pain at a young age due to scoliosis. This pain would eventually become her greatest teacher, leading her to her first yoga studio at the age of 22, where she would learn to make friends with her body again. Owning a business as a hairstylist for many years, a passion for travel would eventually uproot her life in the Midwest and move her to an organic farm in Costa Rica, followed by a 1962 Airstream in Colorado, and a shoe box-sized apartment in the Bay Area of California. Flo traveled full-time as a public speaker for 5 years, facilitating a social/emotional learning program. She has led over 300 workshops in 5 counties and 48 states, and has had the great privilege of reminding over 40,000 people of how powerful they truly are. She is Yoga Alliance certified (200RYT) and loves guiding people in trusting their own intuition and finding their own flow. Her passion for self-development, community-building, and body-movement blend together on and off the mat. She now lives a simple, yet beautiful life on the island of Maui with her husband and one-year-old son named Wilder. See full schedule of classes
